However these project management skills, developed over many years and qualified to Prince2 standard, can benefit our clients across a whole array of activities.
Recently a number of clients have found themselves short on resources with critical projects requiring their attention. They have been able to call upon us to work as part of their team to manage activities and get involved in planning and co-ordinating key campaigns for them.
Bott Ltd, a leading manufacturer of storage equipment for vehicles and workshops, asked us to manage and deliver the launch of their new product, Vario, at the Commercial Vehicle Show at the NEC earlier this year.
From liasing with stand contractors and co-ordinating internal resources, to planning pre and post-show activities we were able to ensure that all elements of the event came together to deliver a dynamic and hassle-free show for our client.
