Advent Day One: Finning – 30 minute challenge


This direct mail piece is memorable because it really did deliver the goods. The 30 minute challenge, featuring a boxed mailer with stop watch set at 30 minutes, propositioned buyers of materials handling equipment to give Finning just 30 minutes to convince them of the benefits of switching their equipment to Finning.

The highly targeted piece provoked a 59% response rate from the 300 sent out, resulting in over 50 appointments made for the sales team. Ultimately the campaign delivered in excess of £3m in new business accounts.
