Spring is in the air with our new account win

We are really pleased to add Pipe and Climate Center, part of the Wolseley Company, to our client list having recently started working with them on their spring customer promotion.

Back in December 2011 we were contacted by Christine Jordan, Brand Marketing Manager for Pipe and Climate Center, part of the Wolseley Company based in Leamington Spa. Christine was looking for a local agency to work with and invited us to put forward our proposals to review their Customer Promotion.

The Pipe and Climate Center customer promotion had been running successfully for over a year but the team felt there was opportunity to develop it further to increase the customer sign up. With the deadline for the spring promotion fast approaching we proposed the creation of a simple but effective graphic device for use on the spring communication materials, with the view to a complete relaunch for the next promotion deadline in May. Happy with our approach we were commissioned to produce the artwork for the spring promotion and plans are afoot for the relaunch.

First task will be to carry out research with the Pipe and Climate Center customers before we look at recommendations on branding, promotion logistics, internal communications with branch staff and customer point of sale materials. A really exciting project for us, so watch this space and we’ll be revealing the new look and feel for the promotion once launched in May.
